There's a little bit of mutual love going on in Woodend at the moment....... For those of you who don't know the new Blackbird Catering, please have a look! For parties, events or my favourite - midweek catering, Sharyn is your go to girl. I'd like to keep her on tap, and for all lucky Woodend residents, we can almost do just that.

Our first evening sale event went swimmingly on Thursday night. Of course I was not wearing my Blog-head and did not take any photos to share with you. (Perhaps its just as well, because my usually funky little boutique bookshop turned into quite a 'book barn' and I'm still finding the trestle tables and cardboard boxes difficult to deal with - WHAT A SNOB!

But the outcome was a great night had by all and a few glasses of wine with some new friends and favourite customers.
